Ordered the Diablo Fries and ate them out back. Currently too stuffed to drive... My only regret is that I forgot to get cornbread and greens. Excellent place, thanks!
Food was fantastic. Friendly atmosphere. I had pork chops and chicken with gravy the meat was tender and perfectly seasoned. Sides were mashed potatoes, spaghetti and string beans. Everything was delicious. Can’t wait to go back.
This is a small little hidden gem that is most definitely worth the visit! We had the rib tips greens yams and Cole slaw and it was all 10 out of 10! I will definitely be back and I'm want all my viewers to give it a shot if you are ever in Benton Harbor MI. Stop by!
Wow. We got this for the first time tonight as delivery and it was insanely good. I got like one picture, because I started eating and before I knew it, it was gone. I never knew this place existed but I will be ordering again and again. I wanna try everything. My husband and I got the dressing! Pulled pork dinner with cabbage as a side, mini rib tips, a side of greens....wow. just wow. Fricken A. Good job guys. You are amazing!
I got the rib tip dinner with candied yams and mac and cheese, and it was incredible. I was just in Benton Harbor on the way to run an errand, and it's an absolute shame that I won't be able to order from here regularly. Put this place up against Green Street Smoked Meats in Chicago, and these rib tips win. Hands down. I feel like anyone not giving this place five stars has been ruined by years of having such delicious food; does that make sense? Do yourself a favor; stop by and get some food here.
Nice people. Great Menu selections. It's a small storefront, easy to miss, on the main drag through Fairplane (M139, Scottsdale Rd.). The BBQ chicken was fantastic. It's a little bit zippy, but not to hot even for the wimpy. We both enjoyed it. She had white meat and I had dark. Her cabbage and dressing were both good. My okra was excellent! The first bite of the greens was very tough. The rest were Ok but weirdly flavored. I like trying new foods. The menu is big enough that I could come back regularly and not have the same thing twice.
I was in the area for work and this is by far the best food in town hands down. Everything I ordered was amazing! Service was excellent, I will definitely be back.
